The organization was established in 1999, with the aim of filling the gap in the existent communication skills, when the call center and BPO concept was taking root in the Indian scenario. Started with a single center and just a few trainers, NEXT has grown with the Industry and is now 11 centers strong across 9 major cities. Today the organization has an asset base of over 150 trainers. With Bangalore as headquarters, NEXT is also present in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai, Visakhapatnam, etc....
