ALGOL School of Management andTechnology offers Industry Integration program to its students which is a Landmark achievement in the field of management studies and is completely different from the traditional management education.

We at Algol believe no one has ever become a management expert in the classroom, but in the fiercely competitive corporate arena. In the industry integrated training program, our students take up training in top corporate of their desired specialization for 5 days in a week as hands-on employee under the guidance of an internal guide from the Institute & an External guide from the industry. The duration of the on – the – job training with stipend for MBA and BBA students is 1 year and 1½   years respectively. The on- the- job- training with top corporate prepares our students as a management qualified, trained & experienced candidate.
