Initially 105 men for 25 days for 8 hrs everyday
So man-hours of work completed = 105 x 25 x 8 = 21000
But this is 2/5th of total work
Let the total work = W
2/5W = 21000
W = 52500
So remaining work = 52500 - 21000 = 31500
Now let the additional workers be = x
The entire work has to be completed in 5o days which means that the remaining work has to be done in 25 days
(105 +x) x 25 x 9 = 31500
105 + x = 140
x = 35 men
