  • perimeter of an equilateral triangle and square are same then find the ratio of area of triangle and a are aof square???????

    Let the side of equilateral triangle = a and the side of square = b
     Perimeter of triangle = 3a
     Perimeter of Square = 4b
     So  3a = 4b  or   b = 3a/4
     Area of equilateral triangle =(3)1/2 /4 a2 
     Area of square = b2
    Area of triangle/ Area of square =  4(3)1/2 : 9
