    Sol. In fresh watermelon
    water - 0.90
    Dry mass - 0.10

    After drying,
    Water - 0.20
    dry mass - 0.80

    Let the 'M' be the mass, then

    M x 0.8 = 0.10

    M=0.10/0.80

    Therefore, wt of dry watermelon obtained from 20bags of fresh watermelon

    =0.10/0.80x20

    =2.5%
