But you atleast need to mention the digit whose local or face value you want to know.
for e.g . if one wants to find the difference in local and face value of 5 in 657903 , then
 Face value of 5 = 5  { individual value}
 Local Value = 50000
Difference = 50000 - 5 = 49995
