    Initially number of voters = 800
    Let initially number of voters (for) = x
          Initially number of voters(against) =y
      x + y = 800
    Now
    1/3 of for voters are abducted , also the strength of against voters increase by 100% i.e. they become double
     For                                Against
    2x/3 - y                               2y

      given 2y =  50% of (initial)
                     = 1/2 . 800 = 400
     y = 200 and so x = 600
    Now for voters = 2x/3 - y  = 2/3 . 600 - 200 = 200
     2y = 2 x 200 = 400
     So now voters (for) = 200
                   Voters (against) = 400
