Assume a point (a,b).
Now this point satisfies the equation of given line.
=> a + b =4 -----------------(1)
Also, also this point is at some distance from given point.
(a-1)2 + (b-2)2 = 6 /9 (i hv assume it was 61/2/3)
a2 - 2a + 1 +(2-a)2 = 2/3
2a2 - 6a + 5 = 2/3
6a2 - 18a +13 = 0.
Now you can get value of a and b.
get the equation of line passung through (a,b) and (1,2).
get Its slope &then m = tan(theta)
Theta will be your answer.
I am not solnving this because I want you to solve it and secondly I think value of distance is wrong.
