now this is done by integration
if x is the angle made with vertical at any instant then
velocity in horizontal and vertical direction is given by vcosx ,vsinx
now total angle covered in 2s is 2*pi/3 = 120
    <vx> = [ intg(0,2pi/3) vcosxdx ] / [intg(0,2pi/3) dx]
     after solving u'll get <vx> = 3.31/2 / 4pi = 0.413m/s
    and similaly <vy> = -1/2 = -0.5m/s
    so <v> = 0.6485 m/s

    similarly we can find acceleration.
