    The Food and Drug Administration, known as the FDA, (a)/ makes grocers and restaurant owners (b)/ pasteurized all milk (c)/ before selling it (d)/ no error (e).
    'pasteurized' is past tense and is incorrect as the the sentence is in present tense. 'pasteurize' must be used.
