Conclusion 4:only children spoke during the meeting.
Conclusion 1 is consistent with statement 2 and 3(only way conditions in both statement 2 and 3 can be fulfilled ) . Conclusion 2 cant be drawn as nothing has been said about the teachers who spoke at the meeting in the given statements.Conclusion 3 cant be true if conclusion 1 is true . Conclusion 4 cant be drawn as nothing has been said about the children who spoke at the meeting in the given statements.

Minimum and maximum number thus obtained = 146 and 873
their sum = 873 + 146 = 1019
so the answer would be none of these.
