Since it is a highly job oriented training, the reputation of the institute is largely linked to the placement it provides. Hence there is no global list of “Best Institutes”. One has chosen the best suited from the regional options available. While selecting a institute the kind of companies that come and recruit should be the main criterion as a lot of the companies have outsourced their recruitment to these institutes and in that process pay for part of the your education once you are selected which may happen before you training is completed. Some of the parameters that must be considered while choosing a good institute for training would include

1.    What are the companies with which the institute has a tie-up? What is its placement record and how authentic is it (institutes are known to fudge so care is required)?

2.    What are the experience / qualification levels of the faculty?

3.    Along with functional skills like accent and Basic English does the institute have training modules for organizational skills like team
work, personality development etc?

4.    Is the infrastructure of the institute enough to get practical exposure to the job?
